Account Deletion
You may request account deletion from the Profile or Settings section of the Smart Purohith iOS app.
When you request deletion:
Your account deletion request starts immediately.
Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after a 7-day cooling-off period.
During these 7 days, you may restore your account by signing back into the app.
After 7 days, your account and associated app data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, except where we are legally required to retain limited records.
Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide app services, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
Booking data, account data, notification tokens, and related app data may be deleted when your account deletion process is completed.
